The Homestudy program comes with a 100% 90 Day Money Back Guarantee no questions asked. 3 Day Seminar Component (except if included in the 21st Century Homestudy Member Package) is 100% refundable by attending the 3 Day Seminar up until lunch break on the last day of the seminar. $45 Postage & Handling fee is payable for all orders & is non-refundable. Prices are charged in Australian dollars for all Countries. If you receive a refund, you are not entitled to use the Contacts provided as they are only provided for paying 21st Century Homestudy Members only. Try Before I Buy Option incurs $45 Postage & Handing fee plus $75 insurance fee charged up front which are non-refundable. This allows me to try the course for 30 days before my credit card is processed for full payment or payment plan option. I realise I can cancel in writing inside 30 days and pay no course fees on the condition that I return the programs in reusable condition. The Try Before I Buy option is non-refundable after the 30 day period. A 25% Cancellation Fee applies to the 3 Day Live Seminar Component including spouse tickets only if I cancel prior to attending the seminar which can be used as credit towards other programs. Tuition for 3 Day Seminar does not include airfares, accommodation or meal expenses. If you are an Australian Resident and receive the $3000 3 Day Adult ticket plus the $995 Teenager Ticket as part of your 21st Century Homestudy Member Homestudy package then GST is only included for 25% of the fee, as 75% of it is for the 3 Day Seminar Tickets which if held overseas are an export sale being non-GSTable. For New Zealand Residents the entire fee is non-GSTable due to it being an export sale from Australia. The 24 months ongoing support services includes email support online forum access and access to 21st Century Contacts such as licensed share brokers, accountants, finance brokers and property sourcing specialists. Additional fees may be charged if you select to use these services. *If you select a payment plan you pay more than the early bird up front payment plan rate of $3,995. The special $1,995 Intenet & Business Mastery Seminar Ticket is valid for 24 months if you order within the next 21 days and can be used any time within the next 18 months (spouse to attend is $995). Your ticket can be swapped for the 21st Century Internet Homestudy (valued at $1,495) for $695 fee + $45 p&h. If you don’t wish to attend the Internet & Business Mastery Seminar the Women’s Academy Seminar Tickets can be swapped for the Women’s Academy Homestudy for$695 + $45 p&h. The Internet & Business Mastery Seminar Tickets, Share & Property Mastery Seminar Tickets and Women’s Academy Seminar Tickets are for events outside of Australia unless you request to attend Australian events instead.
